Overview

Most companies large and small create documents for operational procedures, quality manuals, production processes, product specifications, etc. These documents then form the basis of how to run all aspects of the business, making their control fundamental to the success of the enterprise. A document control and management software package is the solution to this issue, however many of the products available today are either too complicated, too expensive, or affordable but not comprehensive enough to meet the requirements. Many companies therefore try to manually control their documents, despite the element of risk to the business.
